Site Rules, Booking & Cancellation Policy
On booking, we require full payment at the time of booking. Confirmed bookings are only secure upon receipt of full payment. All guests without confirmed bookings are accepted on a “First Come, First Serve” basis.
Booking payments are only refunded if the booking is cancelled at least 7 days before the check-in date of the booking. In order to cancel your booking, please email info@mulroydrivecamping.com. An administration fee of 30% will be deducted from the deposit return for all cancellations. We strongly advise purchasing travel/cancellation insurance for such eventualities.
Refunds cannot be made for any changes made to the booking on arrival or during your stay.
If you wish to amend your dates, please contact us at info@mulroydrivecamping.com to do so. Like refunds, amendments can only be made 7 days before the check-in date of the original booking. A booking can only be amended once and only to a date within the same calendar year as the original booking. If the date of a booking is amended, and subsequently cancelled, no refund will be given regardless of when the cancellation is made. Amendments must be agreed upon by management and are subject to availability.
If for whatever reason you decide to check out early, we are not obliged to refund any remaining nights stay.
Families and friends that wish to pitch near to each other must make separate bookings with separate payments. Please use our online interactive booking map in the booking section to do this.
